DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The Menara 2 project offers 105 apartments, from F1 to F3, area ranging from 41m2 to 121m2 (excluding gardens), distributed in 4 buildings, blocks A, B, C and D. The apartments on the ground floor have private gardens, some with courtyard view or a view of the busy road, the others have a view of both.

The focus was on the use of noble materials, and quality:

Marble in public areas, ceramics and tiles in apartments, double partition for better thermal and sound insulation.

The whole structure has been developed to fully meet to the seismic standards imposed by the city of Agadir.

The floors of the apartments are stylishly tiled, and different parts are separated by wooded doors with stainless steel chrome handles.

Each unit has windows and doors, offering high brightness in any room.

The apartment windows in thermo-lacquered aluminum are equipped with electric shutters.

Wishing to a point to the safety of residents, the access to the outside is provided with a laminated glazing burglar.

Each apartment has a laundry with water heater, and a kitchen with an oven, hob, a filter hood, and a large work surface.

For a better ergonomics, low cabinets and tops were designed and installed.

The bathroom, equipped with toilet, is covered with tiles on the walls, and has a shower tray.

Plumbing and faucets have been a matter of attention.

Thus, it is the ROCA mixer range which was adopted for water distribution in the kitchen and in the bathroom apartments.

The cross-linked high density polyethylene, being a reliable material was used to make the connection and plumbing of the entire residence.

The rooms, like the living rooms, have French doors giving access to the outside.

All are equipped with fitted wardrobes wood, for better storage offering.

Two underground parking lots have also been improved with a unique way for each apartment.

These are accessed via two automatic gates, one located in Building A and the other in Building C.

The high terraces, located on the roof of the individual blocks are accessible to all.

Cement tile flooring, they allow to install it antennas tv and collective parables.

About safety in terms of possible fire, an installation in accordance with current standards has been installed.

Indeed, a special driveway has been reserved for firefighters to access the residence at ease.

According to that, dry risers and fire extinguishers were installed in strategic areas of the complex.

Common premises are planned, especially for garbage deposits.

Stairwells four blocks were designed ventilated and enlightened way for a greater openness to the outside.

Each building has a lift, thereby enabling access to housing to a greater number of people.
